This Site primarily serves B2B (Business-to-Business) clients, including but not limited to electronic manufacturing services (EMS), system integrators, IDH, distributors, and custom wire harness buyers. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are conducting business inquiries or purchasing samples/bulk orders for commercial, industrial, or professional use.

### 2. Product Information and Specifications

We strive to ensure that all technical parameters, datasheets, and product descriptions (such as wiring connectors, solar adapters, custom cable assemblies) are accurate. However, due to continuous product upgrades and custom manufacturing requirements:

*   Slight variances in wire color, insulation materials, or dimensions may occur based on technical standards (e.g., AWG specs).

*   It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm technical compatibility (voltage, current, interface) before placing bulk orders.

### 3. Pricing, Inquiries, and Custom Orders

*   **Quotations:** Prices listed on the website are for reference or standard sample orders. Final bulk or customized order pricing will be provided via official proforma invoice (PI).

*   **Modifications:** We reserve the right to modify prices, lead times, or product availability at any time without prior notice.

### 4. Shipping and Global Delivery

We ship products globally. Shipping terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP) will be clearly stated in your custom order agreement. 

*   We are not responsible for delays caused by destination customs clearance or force majeure events.

*   Buyers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees unless stated otherwise in writing.

### 5. Return, Quality Claim, and Warranty Policy

*   **Industrial Standard:** All our products undergo strict quality control (QC) before shipment.

*   **Custom Products:** Custom-made wire harnesses or specific-length cable assemblies cannot be returned or refunded if they match the confirmed technical specifications or engineering drawings.

*   **Quality Claims:** If technical defects or discrepancies are found, buyers must notify us within 15 days of receiving the goods, providing clear photo/video evidence or test reports. Valid claims will be resolved via replacement, repair, or partial refund.

### 6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, data compilations, and product photos, is the property of Findchip Asia or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

### 7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong S.A.R. / Mainland China (applicable according to company registration), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
